TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Classiq Travels Global Ltd Last Updated: 25 September 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.classiqtravels.com (the “Site”) and any booking, tour package, visa service, or other travel-related service provided by Classiq Travels Global Ltd (“Classiq Travels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site, making an enquiry, or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Our Services

Classiq Travels provides:

  • Curated tour packages and travel itineraries
  • Flight, accommodation, and destination bookings
  • Visa application guidance and processing assistance
  • General travel planning and customer support

We act as a travel agent/intermediary between you and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and embassies. While we take care in selecting reputable partners, we are not the direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or immigration services, and each supplier’s own terms and conditions will also apply to your booking.

3. Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is only confirmed once we have received full or the required deposit payment and issued a written confirmation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal, travel, and passport information at the time of booking. Errors in names, dates, or destinations may result in additional fees or denial of travel by the relevant airline or authority.

4. Pricing and Booking Fees

  • Prices for flights, tours, and accommodations are supplied to us by third parties (airlines, hotels, and tour operators) and are subject to change without notice, including between the time you make an enquiry and the time you are ready to pay.
  • A quoted price is not guaranteed until payment is completed and a booking is confirmed. We strongly advise you to reconfirm current prices with our team before making payment, as fares and rates may have changed.
  • Any applicable booking fees, service charges, or taxes will be communicated to you before you make payment.
  • We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors on our Site or in a quotation, and will notify you before proceeding with any booking affected by such an error.

5. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full, or as a deposit where a payment plan has been agreed, before a booking is confirmed.
  • We accept the payment methods indicated on our Site or communicated by our customer service team.
  • Bookings are processed only after payment has been verified as received.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the fare type, tour package, or accommodation booked, and the specific terms of the supplying airline, hotel, or tour operator, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • Where a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Bookings with an issued PNR (Passenger Name Record) — i.e. a confirmed flight booking — cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been made and the ticket issued, except where the airline’s own fare rules permit it. It is your responsibility to carefully cross-check your flight details — including passenger names, dates, times, and routing — before making payment, as no changes can be guaranteed once a PNR is issued.
  • Visa application fees and government/embassy charges are generally non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of the application, as these are set and retained by the relevant embassy or authority.

7. Booking Errors

If you notice an error in your booking (e.g. incorrect name, date, or itinerary detail), contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to assist with a correction; however, please note that:

  • Corrections may be subject to fees charged by the airline, hotel, or tour operator.
  • Some errors, particularly on flight bookings with an issued PNR, may not be correctable and may require a new booking.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you at the time of booking, which is why we encourage you to review all details carefully before payment.

8. Visa Services

  • Our visa services provide guidance, documentation support, and application assistance. We do not guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
  • Visa processing timelines are determined by the relevant embassy and may vary; we recommend applying as early as possible.
  • Visa fees and any government charges are separate from our service fees and are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

9. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for your trip, and for meeting health, safety, or entry requirements of your destination. We recommend checking requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate directly, as these can change without notice.

10. Liability

  • Classiq Travels acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for cancellations, delays, overbooking, schedule changes, loss of luggage, or service failures caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third parties, though we will support you in resolving such issues wherever possible.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.

11. Customer Conduct

You agree to use our Site and services lawfully and not to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when making a booking or visa application.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and the Classiq Travels name and branding — is the property of Classiq Travels Global Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
