Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Suggested text: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.classiqtravels.com (the “Website”) and any travel planning, booking, or advisory services provided by Classiq Travels Global Ltd (“Classiq Travels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, requesting a quote, or booking any Services, you (“you,” “traveller,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy above.

2. Our Role

Suggested text: Classiq Travels acts as a travel planning agency and, in most cases, as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise operators, car rental companies, tour operators, and insurance providers (“Suppliers”). Except where we act as the direct provider of a service, your booking is subject to the terms, fare rules, and cancellation policies of the relevant Supplier, provided to you at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and, where applicable, full or partial payment has been received.
  • Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change prior to confirmation due to currency fluctuations, Supplier pricing changes, or taxes and fees imposed by third parties.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal, passport, and payment information at the time of booking.
  • Deposits, balance due dates, and accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Suggested text: Cancellation and change policies vary by Supplier and travel package and will be disclosed to you before you confirm your booking. Cancellations made by you may be subject to Supplier cancellation fees, non-refundable deposits, and our own service fees, as applicable. Refunds, where due, will be processed within a reasonable time after the Supplier issues the corresponding refund to us.

5. Travel Insurance

Suggested text: Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings and may be required for certain destinations. Classiq Travels may offer travel insurance through third-party providers; any such insurance is subject to the insurer’s own terms and exclusions, and Classiq Travels is not the insurer and is not responsible for claims decisions.

6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

Suggested text: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your travelling party hold valid passports, visas, permits, and any required vaccinations or health documentation for your destination(s). Classiq Travels may provide general guidance but does not guarantee the accuracy of entry requirement information, which can change without notice.

7. Changes and Cancellations by Classiq Travels or Suppliers

Suggested text: Occasionally, a Supplier may change or cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control, including Force Majeure Events described in Section 10. Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and arrange suitable alternatives or facilitate applicable refunds.

8. Traveller Conduct

Suggested text: You agree to conduct yourself responsibly while travelling, to comply with the laws and regulations of the destinations you visit, and to follow the terms and conduct policies of any Supplier. Classiq Travels is not responsible for the consequences of a Supplier denying you service due to your conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

Suggested text: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classiq Travels acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of any Supplier, or for injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Classiq Travels for the relevant booking, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

Suggested text: Classiq Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics or public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government action, or Supplier insolvency.

11. Intellectual Property

Suggested text: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Classiq Travels name and brand marks, is the property of Classiq Travels Global Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Website Use

Suggested text: You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Suggested text: The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Classiq Travels. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

14. Complaints

Suggested text: If you experience an issue during your trip, please notify Classiq Travels or the relevant Supplier as soon as reasonably possible. Complaints after your trip should be submitted in writing to the contact details below within 14 days of your return.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Suggested text: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

16. Changes to These Terms
